Team building winter

Team building winter throughout the Netherlands

Winter. The season of cold noses, mulled wine and socks that never seem warm enough. But hey, it is also the time to find some extra warmth together with colleagues and no, I do not mean all together around the coffee machine. Team building in the winter is the way to get through the dark days with a good dose of fun, cooperation and new energy. Whether you choose a creative workshop indoors (read: safely away from rain, snow and frozen fingers) or a tough outdoor program where your colleagues can finally really test their winter coats, there are endless options to experience something special together. The good thing is: you will not only come back with cold cheeks, but also with warm memories. So a winter team building is not just another outing; it is the perfect mix of fun, crazy challenges and a touch of Christmas magic. Ideal for ending the year strong together ... or starting fresh and fruity (insofar as that is possible in January). One thing is for sure: after a day like this, you suddenly look a lot happier towards those dark months.

Winter team building throughout the Netherlands

Winter. It's cold outside, the days are short and your colleagues are chatting away at the printer with their third cup of coffee. Exactly then is the moment to warm things up with a winter teambuilding. Because let's face it: nothing brings people together faster than getting lost together in a city game in the cold or competitive quizzing while the snow is tapping against the windows (okay, rain most of the time, but hey we dream big). In Amsterdam, for example, you can test your team spirit during a city game while the canals glisten under the Amsterdam Light Festival. And if you get lost afterwards among the mulled wine stalls on Museumplein or at the Westergasfabriek, just call that "team challenge." Rotterdam takes a, how could it be otherwise, tough approach. A scavenger hunt through the city, a snack in the Markthal and then laugh at your colleagues because they are skating in the Kralingse Bos for the first time in 20 years. The Hague combines royal Christmas spirit with fresh sea air: first a winter walk in Scheveningen, then warming up with a drink at a beach club with a fireplace (and probably red noses). Utrecht is fairytale-like in December: illuminated canals, the Dom tower peeking out from everywhere and a Christmas market on Janskerkhof where you are guaranteed to meet someone from the team wearing a Santa hat. And then Maastricht ... you just step into a Christmas movie there. The Vrijthof with its ice rink, Ferris wheel and Christmas market gives you instant Christmas spirit, even before the first mulled wine. Combine that with a treasure hunt through the historic city center and a Burgundian dinner, and you have an outing that will be talked about for years to come. Groningen is not inferior either: the Grote Markt and the cozy center are in winter the perfect playground for a game or workshop, followed by drinks in a café where you spontaneously forget to take off your gloves. In short: whether you go for Amsterdam's lights, Rotterdam's toughness, The Hague's Christmas cheerfulness, Utrecht's romance, Maastricht's burgundy enjoyment or Groningen's sobriety - a winter teambuilding always brings warmth, connection and a good dose of coziness.
