And as always, the real work often comes afterwards. Over lunch, drinks or dinner overlooking the sea. That moment when everyone thinks the program is done, but the conversation actually breaks loose. There is laughter about who got fancier than planned. Things are put into perspective. And someone says something like, "If we handled this the same way at work..." without anyone calling it an evaluation.
