Onemotion processes personal data and other data in accordance with laws and regulations (GDPR) and respects the privacy of all users and visitors to its website. Onemotion collects the following Personal Data from all users who submit a request for a specific activity: name, address, telephone number, email address, and a description of the requirements for the request.
Handling of personal data
Onemotion uses the collected data to provide the requested service. Personal data will only be provided to the organizer of the applicant's activity. In order to guarantee adequate service despite capacity problems on the part of an organizer, personal data may be sent to a second organizer. If a user submits multiple requests via our website, each request (including options or alternatives) will be treated as a separate request when it comes to submitting it to a partner. Personal data will only be offered to the relevant organizers and will not be provided and/or sold to third parties without the express consent of the user, unless Onemotion is obliged to do so on the basis of a court ruling. In total, the applicant will receive a maximum of 4 emails per main request (this does not apply to options or alternatives) to be kept informed about the service provided by Onemotion, apart from communication with partners. After this, the Onemotion service will end. Given the temporary nature of the service, it is not possible to stop the messages from Onemotion before the 4th email has been sent.
Security measures
Onemotion has taken careful and appropriate measures to protect personal data. In addition, all organizers are required to comply with Onemotion's requirements regarding the careful handling of user privacy.

Terms and Conditions
Onemotion's services are aimed at bringing inspiring events to your attention and putting you in touch with the organizer behind an event. To do this, the personal data you provide will be passed on to the organizer of an event so that they can provide you with more information. Onemotion does not act as the organizer of these events and is therefore not the point of contact for any complaints or claims. Onemotion also expressly disclaims any liability for any form of damage and/or personal injury, including consequential damage, that may arise during or as a result of these events. We naturally take great care to ensure that all information on the website is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, typing and printing errors or mistakes cannot always be prevented. Onemotion is not liable for and is not bound by obvious errors and mistakes. We reserve the right to change the content. We accept no liability whatsoever for the consequences of incorrect or changed information, including from parties with whom we collaborate. Onemotion therefore strongly recommends that you carefully read both the organizer's terms and conditions and the event program presented by the organizer before registering with the organizer of an event.
